At what times can I access my unit?
You will have 24-hour access, 7 days a week, to your unit.
What happens if my size requirements change and I need a bigger/smaller unit?
If you find that your requirements change, we will work to accommodate you in moving to either a larger or smaller unit, without the need to give the standard months’ notice. We are also able to help move your possessions as we work closely with a removals operator who is based on the site.
What security measures are in place?
There is a door with a key pad that you will be given a code to enter in order to gain entry into the building, and you will be given a key to your unit once you are inside the building. We also have full perimeter CCTV both on the building and located inside.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is an onsite car park that gives close access to the storage units. Vehicular access to the building is via a roller shutter door, meaning you can can load and unload your possessions close to your unit with your vehicle undercover.
What happens if after I have given notice, there is a delay in my moving, or I find I need the storage for longer?
We are happy to accommodate you in such situations, which are quite common with house moves! We will simply continue to charge you the normal weekly rent until you are ready to vacate the unit.
When I come and view, do I have to make my mind up there and then to reserve a unit?
No, we generally will hold a unit for two weeks to give you time to decide.
If I am unsure as to how big a unit I need, are you able to give some guidance?
We can give you a rough guide, however to be precise we would need a fully itemised list of what you have to store. However, in such situations we recommend that you to use Ken Hinds Removals who we work with, as he will help with the space calculations and ensure that when the items are put into storage, they are optimally packed.
